Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of JR Copier ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
JR Copier provides the following services:
- Sales of new and refurbished copiers and multifunction printers
- Equipment leasing programs
- Short-term and long-term equipment rentals
- Maintenance and repair services
- Managed print services
- Supplies and parts
Equipment Sales
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our website are estimates and final pricing will be confirmed in your quote or invoice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, delivery, or installation unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your invoice or sales agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers. For large purchases, we may require a deposit.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title to equipment passes to the buyer upon full payment. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified location.
Leasing Terms
Equipment leases are subject to credit approval and the terms of the lease agreement. Key lease terms include:
- Lease terms typically range from 36 to 60 months
- Monthly payments are due on the first of each month
- Lessee is responsible for proper use and care of equipment
- End-of-lease options include purchase, return, or upgrade
- Early termination may result in fees as specified in your lease agreement
Rental Terms
Equipment rentals are subject to the following terms:
- Minimum rental periods may apply
- Rental rates are based on equipment type and rental duration
- A security deposit may be required
- Renter is responsible for equipment during the rental period
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted
Service and Maintenance
Service Agreements
Maintenance agreements cover routine service, parts, and repairs. Service agreements do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Response Time
We strive to respond to service requests within 4 business hours. Response times may vary based on location and service agreement level.
Service Hours
Standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Emergency and after-hours service may be available at additional cost.
Warranties
New Equipment
New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product.
Refurbished Equipment
Refurbished equipment includes a 90-day parts and labor warranty unless otherwise specified. Extended warranty options are available.
Disclaimer
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, ALL EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALABAMA PRINT SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JR Copier or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
