At JR Copier, we are committed to your satisfaction. This page outlines our Return Policy and Warranty terms for all equipment purchases and services.
Warranty Information
Important: All equipment sold by JR Copier does not include a manufacturer warranty. To ensure continued protection and support for your equipment, customers are required to maintain an active service contract.
Equipment Guarantee
All machines sold by JR Copier are guaranteed to be fully operational at the time of delivery and installation. We thoroughly inspect and test every piece of equipment before it leaves our facility.
Equipment Replacement Policy
In the event of major equipment failure or issues that cannot be resolved through service, JR Copier will replace the equipment with a machine of equal or greater value. This replacement policy is subject to:
- Customer must have an active service contract in place
- Issue must be reported promptly to our service department
- Equipment must not have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Our technical team will assess and determine if replacement is warranted
Service Contracts
We strongly recommend all customers maintain an active service contract to ensure:
- Priority service response times
- Coverage for parts and labor
- Eligibility for equipment replacement if major issues occur
- Regular preventive maintenance to extend equipment life

Return Policy
Equipment Purchases
Equipment returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery if you have concerns about your equipment. Returns may be subject to:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to return
- Equipment must be in original condition
- Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may apply
Custom Orders
Custom-configured equipment and special orders are non-refundable unless the equipment does not meet the agreed specifications.
Supplies and Parts
Toner, ink, paper, and other supplies may be returned within 30 days if:
- Items are unopened and in original packaging
- Items are not past expiration date
- An RMA number has been obtained
Opened supplies cannot be returned unless defective.
Lease Agreements
Equipment leases are binding contracts. Once a lease agreement is signed and equipment is delivered:
- Leases cannot be cancelled without early termination fees
- Early termination fees are specified in your lease agreement
- Equipment must be returned in good working condition at lease end
If you experience issues with leased equipment, please contact our service department. Equipment issues do not constitute grounds for lease cancellation.
Rental Agreements
Rental agreements may be cancelled with the following terms:
- Short-term rentals (less than 30 days): Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit rental fees paid
- Long-term rentals (30+ days): 30 days written notice required for cancellation
- Security deposits will be refunded after equipment is returned and inspected
- Damage to equipment will be deducted from security deposit
Service and Maintenance
Service fees are non-refundable once service has been performed. Service agreement fees:
- May be cancelled with 30 days written notice
- Refunds for unused portions will be prorated
- No refunds for service already rendered
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective equipment:
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not attempt to repair equipment yourself
- Take photos of damage and packaging

We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost for legitimate damage claims.
How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Obtain an RMA number (required for all returns)
- Ship equipment to the address provided with RMA number clearly marked
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect returned items:
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to appear
- Check refunds will be mailed to the billing address on file
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for:
- Equipment damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Equipment modified without authorization
- Items returned without RMA number
- Items returned after the applicable return period
